Who are iPulse Approved Installers?

iPulse Approved Installers are a network of independent installers whose workmanship has been assessed by our team of technical experts. Reassurance and peace of mind is important when buying any product or service and we strongly believe that our vetting procedures mean that we can help to significantly reduce the risk of choosing a poor calibre installer and thus maximising the performance of your iPulse devices.

It is important to note that iPulse Approved Installers are neither an employee nor agent of iPulse and the contract for the work carried out and the products supplied will be between the installer and yourself. iPulse endeavours to ensure that each installer adheres to the minimum standards of workmanship and service required to be an Approved Installer, however, iPulse cannot guarantee that the installer will do so and therefore cannot be held liable for an installer's faulty workmanship where the standards are not complied with.

It is important therefore that you ensure you are comfortable with the approach and competence of the installer. As part of this process we would recommend that you obtain independent references or inspect previous work recently carried out by the installer before appointing any installer.

iPulse Approved Installers Rates & Equipment

iPulse Approved Installers have committed to providing installations at agreed upon rates, and will honour any installation voucher provided by iPulse or any iPulse Authorised Reseller, provided such vouchers bear the official iPulse logo, are numbered and are dated at the time of issue by the sales representative.

iPulse Approved Installers have further committed to using only quality products and equipment during the installation of the systems and as such are required to ensure that they use only equipment which appears on the Recommended Manufacturers List (RML) which appears on our website and is subject to change from time to time.

It is important to note that iPulse Approved Installers are not recommended for the installation of the electrical and network points required to install our units, and as such, we strongly recommend that you use your own electrician and network agents for this aspect of the installation. Where called upon to provide this service, iPulse Approved Installers will be working outside the standards of workmanship that form part of the iPulse Approved Installer contracts, and as such, this will not be covered under the iPulse Installation Guarantee.

iPulse Approved Installer Guarantee

Every iPulse Approved Installer is able to issue, on request and for an agreed upon sum, a 1 year iPulse Installation Guarantee to tie in with the iPulse 1 year Product Warranty. This guarantee is only available when the entire installation is done using iPulse equipment, and where the installer has been involved in the entire installation project (excluding network and electrical points).

The iPulse Installation Guarantee is subject to terms and conditions and is between the consumer and the iPulse Approved Installer. To activate the iPulse Installation Guarantee and the iPulse Product Warranty, the consumer needs to complete a warranty card that the iPulse Approved Installer will provide, and return a copy to iPulse.
